New England Dungeon Society realizes that your privacy is of utmost importance. NEDS wants to assure all of its members that it diligently guards its membership information and takes all steps possible to keep any information it has about its members confidential. Only a limited number of NEDS staff has access to your data.
While we are sure that you understand that we realize the sensitivity of our membership information, it still needs to be said that NEDS takes, and will continue to take all of the actions that it can to keep the information private.
Under no circumstance will we share this information with anyone, short of being
compelled to do so by court order. If there is a situation when we do something
with another group, we will keep control of your information at all times. Your
name, be it your scene name nor your legal name and any contact information
NEDS may have will not be shared with anyone without your permission.
